This two hour treatment allows you to create your own unique blend, either for specific conditions or for the love of aromatherapy.
On arrival you’ll have a choice of refreshment, then a 30 minute consultation where we can discuss & choose the most suitable oils for your needs.
The remaining time will be your time to unwind & relax with a beautiful full body Swedish massage & in the aromatherapy of your own unique blend.
Also includes a 10ml rollerball of your created blend, so you can take all the benefits home with you!

Reflexology is a non-invasive therapy, centred around the idea that our feet are a map of our body. This treatment begins with a luscious foot cleanse using neroli water. Gentle pressure is then applied to reflex points prompting deep relaxation.
Therapeutic benefits may include stress reduction, improved circulation, hormone balance & improved sleep.

Our Sovereign Ritual begins with a guided meditation to call back your power & anchor you in the present moment, followed by an aromatherapy massage focused on the head, neck, shoulders & arms -using our grounding signature Empress blend.
Reiki then deepens the relaxation further, bringing balance & harmony to your energetic body & promoting a greater sense of well being & inner peace.
Lastly, we turn to reflexology as our closing ritual, working across the feet & up the lower leg to leave you feeling grounded while walking on clouds.
Treatment includes 15 minutes for you to rest & relax at the end, while your preferred refreshment is prepared.
